At Chipo Foods, your satisfaction and trust are important to us. As our products are perishable food items, we maintain a strict returns policy with customer safety in mind.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item delivered is damaged or unfit for consumption.
- You notify us within 3 days of delivery.
- You provide valid photo/video evidence of the issue.
We do not accept returns for reasons such as:
- Change of mind or personal dislike of the product
- Minor packaging dents or cosmetic issues that do not affect product quality
- Products already consumed or partially used
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at info@chipofoods.com within 3 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
- Our team will assess your request and respond within 2–3 working days.
3. Refund Process
If your return request is approved:
- A full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund.
- No reverse pickup is available. You do not need to return the product unless specifically requested by our team.
4. Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel an order before it is shipped.
- Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
