Chipo snacks are made in small batches

Our kitchen is large, professionally run, and system-driven. But the soul of what we make remains stubbornly human. We were also the first in Kerala to earn BIS–HACCP certification for a Banana Chips kitchen — back in 2007, when most people didn't even know what HACCP meant. That was not for a certificate on the wall. That was a decision about who we wanted to be.

The Un-compromised Process

No artificial colours. No outsourcing. No shortcuts. Raw materials sourced only from FSSAI-approved vendors. Oil managed to the strictest TPM standards. A Just-in-Time model that ensures every pack that reaches you was made for you — not sitting in a warehouse waiting for someone to buy it. Freshness, for us, is not a claim on a label. It is a discipline we practise every single day.

We Mix Taste with Tradition

Our teams are GMP-trained and FoSTaC-certified. But more than any certification, they carry something rarer — an understanding that what they make will end up on someone's evening table, in someone's child's lunchbox, at someone's family gathering. That thought keeps us honest. Chipo is not built for shortcuts. It is built on systems, responsibility, and a deep respect — for food, for people, and for the traditions we are privileged to carry forward.
